Terms and Conditions Making A Purchase Making a purchase couldn’t be easier. You can order by telephone, post or online. All details are entered through a secure server when purchasing online. All prices are in £ Sterling (GBP). Any feedback that you may wish to give, please e-mail us at sales@yumyumproducts.com Please make sure that you enclose all your details and your order number. Shipping And Handling Your goods are sent and delivered by a secure courier service. A shipping and handling charge of £3.50 will be added to each order. Our standard deliveries can take up to 10 to 14 working days. Please remember a signature is required for accepting parcels. If you know that there will be nobody there to accept the delivery please provide an alternative delivery address. Back Orders Whilst every effort is taken to keep the catalogue up to date, if your item is not in stock, we will do our best to obtain this item for you. Tax Charges For all orders made within the U.K or the European Union, VAT [Value Added Tax] at 17.5% is included. Calling outside these times will divert you to our answer phone. If you have not heard from us within a week of placing an order, something has gone wrong. We are dealing with computers here, anything horrible is possible. The most common problems are e-mails bouncing and/or phone numbers being mistyped, in which case we can only wait for you to contact us. It is also not beyond the bounds of possibility that someone here has done something stupid... please bear in mind when chasing up that we are closed on Weekends and Bank Holidays, if you e-mail on a Friday evening and do not hear from us until Monday afternoon it is not because we wish to ignore you, we are just having some seriously needed R&R. Or catching up with the accounts, more likely. Guarantee / Returns If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with any item purchased, it may be returned for a full refund or exchange, provided it is returned within 14 days of receipt in its original packaging, unopened and unused. You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days without giving a reason. The 7 days starts the day after receipt of the goods. We will refund your money within 14 days of cancellation. At present we do not have a free returns service. Should you need to return merchandise, please return via your local post office. Always obtain a receipt as proof of posting. Your statutory rights are unaffected. Security Providing you with the safest way to purchase is our up most concern. Therefore we would like to reassure our customers that all details given to us are held in a secure server that is encrypted. When entering credit card information on our site you are automatically redirected to our secure server. Complaints If you have a complaint about a product or service you can contact our Mail Order Department on 020 8281 9411 (Answer Machine) or email our Managing Director directly on: debs@yumyumproducts.com Once the complaint is received we will deal with it within 48 hours. If there are any delays you will be notified either by phone, e-mail or post. Health and Safety Every effort has been made to make these products well and of natural substances. However, some people are very sensitive and do not react well to certain substances. If you are not sure about your skin’s sensitivity try this simple test. Apply a small amount of product to the soft skin on the inside of the elbow, leave for a day, rinse off and examine your skin. If any form of irritation should occur, consult your usual medical practitioner. If, however, there is no reaction, you may use the product. An ingredients listing, together with a full description is contained in the product manual, available on our web site. If swallowed, these products are non-toxic, but consult your usual medical practitioner, particularly for young children. All Yum Yum Products are biodegradable, detritally safe, non-toxic, contain no animal ingredients, tested on human volunteers and not on other animals. We do not test on animals because it is correct to do so. All products should be used in accordance with their individual applicational methodology. See Labels or Web site for this information. All Yum Yum Products degrade rapidly in the natural world where they have been flushed, becoming food for micro-organisms and thus are built back into the food chain of our planet.
